PROOF // PROCESS // EXPECTATIONS
A custom project should feel exciting, not confusing. This guide shows what information helps, how the process moves, and what to expect from first contact through the finished work.

THE FLOW
Every project is different, but the goal is the same: get the important information early, agree on direction, then create with fewer surprises.
Share the subject, placement/site, approximate size, city, timing and references.
We clarify what the project needs, what is realistic and how much design freedom is available.
Project pricing, timing and any deposit requirement are confirmed before the appointment is finalized.
The design is built around the body, wall or object—not treated like a flat image pasted onto a surface.
We document the finished work when possible so the project has a life beyond the session.
For tattoo work, aftercare instructions and follow-up expectations are provided for the specific appointment.
COVER-UPS / REWORKS
Cover-ups are design problems, not just darker tattoos. Clear photos, accurate size and flexibility with the new composition make a stronger result possible.

SEND THIS FIRST
The more useful the first message is, the faster we can tell whether the project is a fit and what the next step should be.
Placement, approximate size, subject/style, city, preferred timing, budget range and clear photos if it is a cover-up.
Wall dimensions, location, photos of the space, desired concept, deadline and whether the surface is already prepared.
Subject, desired size, reference images, deadline and where the finished piece will live.
City, project type, timing flexibility and enough scope detail to determine whether the trip makes sense.
FAQ
No fake certainty. Custom work varies, so the site should tell you what can be clear up front and what needs a real conversation.
Start with the project form. Size, placement, detail, cover-up difficulty, travel and overall scope affect custom pricing. Current specials are treated separately from custom-project quotes.
Yes. Send clear, well-lit photos of the existing tattoo plus the approximate dimensions and what you are open to changing. Some cover-ups need a larger or darker composition to work well.
Selected projects are considered in Hartford, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Myrtle Beach, Atlanta, Miami and Chicago. Travel availability is project-dependent and a request is not a confirmed appointment.
Yes. Use the reference-link field on the project form or send clear references after the first reply. References help explain direction; the final composition should still fit the actual project surface.
Your inquiry gives KRAYONZ the information needed to review fit, scope and next steps. A submission is not an appointment confirmation.
Follow the instructions provided for your specific appointment. If you ever have a medical concern about healing, contact an appropriate healthcare professional rather than relying on a general website guide.
