Information you choose to provide

Depending on the feature, you may provide a name, email, phone number, city, project brief, budget range, images, artwork, design files, garment choices, delivery information, account details, style references, character descriptions, consent choices or support messages. Do not upload information you do not have permission to use.

Accounts, credits and activity

KRAYONZ may use account or browser identifiers, credit balances, order identifiers, generation/job identifiers, saved-project records, proof approvals, reward activity and basic technical/security logs to deliver features, prevent abuse, recover eligible purchases and provide continuity between sessions.

Creative and AI workflows

When you use Clone Lab, Tattoo Concept Lab, Creator DNA, the concierge or other AI-assisted tools, relevant prompts, references and project context may be sent to the service providers needed to perform the requested operation. Generated results can be stored with your project when a save feature is used. AI features are tools; they do not transfer ownership of third-party material or guarantee originality.

Fashion, print and fulfillment

Custom apparel and print workflows may create flattened production files, provider proofs, product/variant selections, shipping quotes and order records. When you explicitly approve provider sharing, the minimum production files needed for proof or fulfillment may be transmitted to the configured production provider. Source files remain separate unless the feature clearly says otherwise.

Payments

Payment processors such as Stripe may process payment details. KRAYONZ receives transaction status and related order information but does not need your full card number or CVC. Provider and processor privacy practices also apply to information you submit directly to them.

Spotify and outside services

FLOW RADIO may display Spotify’s official embedded player when you choose to load a public Spotify link. Spotify playback remains separate from KRAYONZ-owned or rights-cleared audio. External services, social platforms, scheduling tools and payment/fulfillment providers may collect information under their own policies.

How information is used

• Deliver, secure and improve requested features.
• Respond to project inquiries and support requests.
• Create, save, prove and fulfill eligible creative projects.
• Confirm purchases, quotes, credits and order status.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions and unauthorized access.
• Send requested KRAYONZ updates where you have opted in.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the feature, support, fraud prevention, accounting, production continuity or legal obligations. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some transaction, security and fulfillment records may need to be retained.

For privacy or account questions, use KRAYONZ Contact, text 860-406-2588, or message @krayonzink. Never send passwords, card numbers, CVC codes or private API keys through a support message.

Community and collaboration requests

Canvas City, Battle Arena and collaboration features may collect an artist alias, name, email, public social link, creative role, crew or challenge details and a project message so KRAYONZ can route creative requests. Private contact details are not published in the artist directory. Public social links appear only when a creator submitted one for public use.

Creator Exchange seller data

Seller submissions can include an artist/studio name, listing title, description, category, requested price, rights confirmation, preview image, source file or private review link, and licensing notes. Pending source files are stored for review and are not exposed as public downloads. Approved public listings expose only the listing information and preview intended for buyers; original source files remain private unless a later sale/license process specifically requires delivery.

Crossworld sessions

When a signed-in user chooses to carry a verified discovery between the app, website and game, KRAYONZ may create a short-lived Crossworld session containing server-resolved scan, node, battle and journey identifiers. The client receives an opaque resume token; KRAYONZ stores only a cryptographic hash of that token. Crossworld sessions expire automatically and do not contain raw Lens images, payment credentials or authority to mint rewards.

KRAYONZ Lens and physical-art discovery

In the native KRAYONZ app, the current Lens matching path keeps the raw scan photo on-device. On-device tools may derive OCR text and a 512-value visual fingerprint; optional foreground location is used only after permission. Those derived signals and scan-result metadata may be sent to KRAYONZ to compare against verified artwork references. When a Lens result opens the website, the site receives only opaque scan/node/artwork context and approved server data. Website analytics do not require or receive the raw scan image.

Real World Art Map and visit checks

Artists may submit a public artwork location for review. Approved map entries can include public coordinates, a public location label, city/region, artwork metadata and visit counts. When you deliberately choose to verify that you reached an artwork, your device location can be used temporarily to measure distance to the public art pin. The Real World Art discovery endpoint does not store the visitor coordinates used for that proximity check.

KRAYONZ Commons and presence

Commons stores member messages, channel membership, reports and moderation records needed to operate the community. Social chat is gated separately from gameplay. If you choose “Show me as online,” other eligible members may see your display name and broad KRAYONZ surface, such as web or Canvas City. KRAYONZ Commons does not publish an exact physical location through presence.
