TERMS
OF USE.
These terms apply to the KRAYONZ website, creative tools, accounts, digital credits, custom-project inquiries, merchandise, made-to-order apparel, prints, community features and Bionic KRAYONZ experiences.
Using KRAYONZ
Use the platform lawfully and in a way that respects other people, creators and systems. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, automate purchases or generations without permission, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use another customer’s account, credits or files.
Age and accounts
Some services are intended for adults. A minor may use an eligible feature only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement and must not enter adult-only styling, purchasing or contractual flows on their own. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and recovery information secure.
Your content and permissions
You remain responsible for material you upload or describe and for having the rights or permission needed to use it. A reference, prompt or AI result does not automatically give you rights to another person’s identity, copyrighted character, trademark, artwork, music or brand. KRAYONZ may refuse material that creates legal, safety or platform-integrity concerns.
AI-assisted creative tools
Clone Lab, concept tools and concierge features can help explore and transform ideas. Results may vary, contain errors or resemble common visual patterns. They are not a guarantee of uniqueness, trademark availability, production suitability or professional outcome. Echo’s Clone Lab is specifically designed to extract high-level traits and build a new identity—not to misrepresent a clone as original authorship.
Digital credits and rewards
Paid KRAYONZ Credits are utility units for eligible creative tools, have no cash value and cannot be resold or wagered. Earned KRAYONZ and Reputation are separate promotional/participation systems with no cash value. KRAYONZ may correct balances affected by fraud, reversals, duplicate events or technical error.
Custom services
Tattoos, murals, original art, design, photography and other commissioned work require scope review before a project is confirmed. Any deposit, cancellation, travel, revision or delivery terms specific to a project will be provided before payment or confirmation and will control for that project where applicable.
Made-to-order apparel, prints and products
Concept imagery is not automatically a purchasable product. Direct checkout is limited to items with a verified production path. Custom apparel and print projects can require saved masters, provider proofs, customer approval, shipping quotes and studio release before production. Unsupported silhouettes or unverified products remain request-first until the supplier path is approved.
Battle Arena and community
Arena predictions and character/community participation are entertainment and reputation features, not gambling. Paid Credits can unlock creative prompt tools, but they never buy votes, decide judging or guarantee a stronger result. Official battles may restrict allowed tools to keep a matchup fair. Community profiles, collaboration requests, crew proposals and challenges may be moderated, refused or removed for safety, rights or continuity reasons.
Creator Exchange sellers and marketplace fees
Creator Exchange submissions must be original work or work the seller has authority to sell. Listings are reviewed before publication. There is no listing fee. For an approved sale completed through KRAYONZ, the marketplace commission is 15% of the item price and the seller share is 85%, before card-processing fees, taxes, refunds/chargebacks, or other obligations that apply to the transaction. Shipping charges are not part of the KRAYONZ commission. Seller payout automation is not live until payout onboarding is configured; during the founding beta, checkout remains request-to-buy and no automatic seller payout should be assumed.
Payments and outside providers
Checkout, scheduling, fulfillment, media embeds and related functions may rely on third-party providers. Their own terms can apply to the services they perform. KRAYONZ is not responsible for an external service being unavailable, but will make reasonable efforts to reconcile paid orders and platform records.
Changes and support
Features, pricing and future availability can change prospectively. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. For support use KRAYONZ Contact, text 860-406-2588, or message @krayonzink.
Crossworld continuity
Crossworld sessions are short-lived continuity records that help a signed-in user resume the same Canvas City journey across KRAYONZ surfaces. A session or resume token does not prove an entitlement, purchase, Lens match, battle result or game reward. Each consequential action remains subject to the authoritative system that owns it. Expired, closed or invalid sessions may be rejected and rebuilt from current server truth.
Lens signals, nodes and creative seeds
KRAYONZ Lens may classify a result as confirmed, likely or unknown. Website query parameters are navigation context only and do not prove artist identity, artwork identity, entitlements or challenge eligibility; those claims are resolved server-side. Artist identity, process evidence, KRAYONZ proof and Content Credentials are separate statuses. Lens Battle Seeds use approved creative attributes such as medium, texture, geometry, composition and lighting and must not be used to copy a living artist's style or reproduce a scanned artwork. Bionic corruption or interference labels are authored fiction and are not technical claims about a real creator or work.
Real World Art Map and discovery progress
Physical art pins must identify artwork that is lawfully viewable at the submitted public location. Do not pin a private home or another person’s private location merely to attract visitors. Map entries may be reviewed, hidden, rejected or retired. Explorer XP, Creator XP, badges and related discovery progress are platform status features with no cash value and do not guarantee prizes, purchases, combat advantage or paid currency.
KRAYONZ Commons
Commons is a moderated member communication feature and is separate from non-social gameplay. Eligible social access is required before entering chat. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information, solicit unsafe meetups, or post unlawful or rights-infringing material. KRAYONZ may hold or remove messages, restrict social access and review reports to protect the community.
